They needed a complete uplift and redesign of their UI focusing on simplifying the app workflow and forms to enable users to work faster and more efficiently within the application.

This project involved understanding complex user flows and allowing users to work within the tool in multiple ways.

​

Core changes included:

• Complete redesign of front-end utilizing elements of Material UI

• Enhancing overall UX and user flows with a focus on consistency and speed to complete tasks

• Product flows and overall UI for new features such as changing subscription 

• Defining a mobile style for particular parts of the application

• Content improvements to increase conversion and reliability on help documentation
